Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
These are the hours we are available to take your call and coordinate scheduling. Service appointments are arranged individually around your availability and ours.
We Come to You
Valet Pit Stop is a mobile service. There is no customer facing shop to drive to, and you do not need to bring your vehicle anywhere.
We service vehicles at homes and workplaces throughout our current service area. When you schedule, you tell us where your vehicle will be parked, and that is where the appointment happens.

Can I just drive to your location?
No. Valet Pit Stop is a mobile service and does not operate a customer facing shop. Our depot is a working facility, not a place to bring a vehicle for an oil change.
How do I schedule service?
Call 501-549-5088 or submit the request form on this page. We confirm every appointment personally before it is booked.
What information do you need about my vehicle?
Year, make, model, and the service you are requesting. Those four details let us quote accurately and arrive with the correct oil, filter and parts.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Maumelle, with expansion across West Little Rock underway as additional service vehicles come online. Visit our service areas page for current availability.
Can you service multiple vehicles at one home?
Yes. Let us know how many vehicles and what each one needs when you contact us, and we will schedule the appropriate service window.
Do you offer recurring maintenance?
